They have a large selection of pet food and other supplies. Workers are friendly and helpful! Holly, the groomer, does a great job and makes our cavachon feel comfortable and happy.

This place is SO dangerous for an animal lover like me. The staff is so friendly and sweet; there is a HUGE variety of stuff; and, there's a shop cat who is friendly and sweet. I swear they are going to wind up with most of my paychecks because I spoil our pups and kitties!! Bonus: they're locally owned!

I've been coming to this chain for years as I've never had a bad experience. The employees have always been so kind and knowledgeable, not to mention you can tell they really love pets and animals! However, their guest service today really took the cake. I accidentally locked my keys in my car and Amanda, Ethan, and Jill all helped to find things for me to be able to get my car unlocked! They didn't have to, and could have just assumed I was breaking into a car that's not mine, but they graciously and swiftly helped me in my time of need! I usually go to the one on the north side just because it's closer, but I will exclusively be shopping at this location now. They truly are the absolute best pet store in the Ozarks!!!

Today I had help from Ethan and Kristen. I recently started shopping at this store because of the healthier options available. I recently took in a foster dog that I know nothing about and they both were so kind and helpful 🥰 I will be back. Again so many healthy options for your pets here!!

Great service, they have dog and cat treats toys. You could spend hours in there and get lost. In all the little clothing for your babies and they have nail files that has little doggy paws on them. Little funny things that you could stick in your car window, all kinds of things to see they even have, where you can train your dog, to push the button to talk to you all kinds of little training things for your little babies. Just about everything you can imagine lots to see.

Higher prices on leashes and harness BUT: QUALITY IS BY FAR better than PetSmart or Petco. So I feel it is the quality you are paying for. Treats are normal prices. Like options. Don't have much but what they have is good

I absolutely love this store. I shop at the Republic Road store in Springfield. The customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond. The four star rating, though, is for the website, which I know is not the store’s fault, but you must make the site searchable or at least show all the brands you offer. I bought my puppy food last week in-store and I wanted to share it from your site and the brand isn’t even listed on your website! You are doing your local shoppers a disservice!

I love their customer service and selection. They have a nice gift shop, too. Their grooming is good and the groomer remembers the dog from last visit. Some of their prices on certain items may be a little more than the big corporate/box pet stores, but I'd rather spend a few pennies more for a few things and support a local business owner who cares about customer service!

Another great local business to support. Very friendly staff with a good selection of regional pet foods and supplies. This store is actually quite a bit larger than it looks. Their prices are also very reasonable, and parking is only a few steps from the door.

Great place to get all your pet supplies. They have a wide variety of items. The size of the store is pretty big so they have a lot of items in stock. It's not a big box pet store so you get great customer service. If you need anything for your pet I would recommend this place.

The staff are so kind and helpful! I love that I can always find what I need. They carry the full line of Answers Pet Food, its less expensive than purchasing at my vets office and they offer I store rewards on top of Amswers rewards!
